The Reporting section of DAISHO allows you to create and print reports based on your data. There are simple day to day reports and more detailed reports. Futhermore, DAISHO includes some simple to use but powerful filters so you can get the data you want displayed in your reports.

Calendar Reports
To get an overview of your schedule, you can view the simple or the detailed Calendar Reports. You can use the simple Calendar Reports to get a quick overview of your upcoming appointments or you can use the detailed Calendar Reports to get more information on specific appointments.
Below we see the Simple Calendar Report which gives a quick overview of your appointments for a particular timeframe. In this case, we're looking at This Week's Agenda.
Below we see the Detailed Calendar Report which provides more detail about each appointment.
There are three standard Calendar reports that you might want to use on a day to day basis.
- Todays Agenda: Builds a list of Appointments for the current day.
- This Week's Agenda: Builds a list of appointments for the current week.
- Next Week's Agenda: Builds a list of appointments for the upcoming week.

Contact Reports
There are two different Contact Reports
- List Report
- Detailed Report
The list report is intented to give you a simple printable list containing your Contacts' most used contact data. You can see an example of this below.
There is one standard report that creates a quick reference list of all your contacts ordered by last name.
The detailed report shows all the information about the selected contact as well as your history of contact with them and any upcoming appointments they might be involved in. You can see an example of this below.
It is also possible to list all Actions associated with a particular contact in the Detailed Contact Report. You can see an example of this below.
Finally, it is also possible to list the Contact History associated with each contact in the Detailed Contact Report. You can see an example of this below.

Goal Reports
It is also possible to print a list of your Goals. The list of Goals are grouped under each of your main goals, giving you a simple overview of your goal completion. The number of the goal gives you a simple clue about it's position in the goal heirarchy. You can see an example of this below.

Generating Calendar Reports
Generating Standard Reports
There are currently three standard reports that relate to the Calendar:
- Today's Agenda
- This Week's Agenda
- Next Week's Agenda
These can be accessed via the Reports menu on the menubar at the top of the application window.

Creating Custom Reports
It is possible to build your own Calendar report using a simple set of filters. The available filters can be seen below.
Filters
- Type: This filter specified what type of Appointment you would like to show.
- Time Span: This filter specifies the time period the the appointments you would like to display should occur in.
- Open/Finished/All: Specifies the status of the appointments you would like to display.
- Context: Specifies the Context of the appointments you would like to display.
- Priority: Specifies the priority of the appointments you would like to display.
Style
It is possible to show a simple list of appointments or a detailed list. You can find examples of the list or detailed reports on the concepts pages.
Selection
Display a filtered selection of Appointments or display all appointments.
Generating Contact Reports
Running the Standard Reports
The standard Contact report prints a quick Contact Reference List. This can be accessed via the "Reports" menu on the menubar at the top of the application window.
Creating Custom Reports
It is possible to build your own Contact reports using a simple set of filters. One can select specific contacts from a list of contacts. The individual Contact Selection list can be seen below.
Alternatively, one can filter on some basic contact properties. The Contact Detail filter can be seen below.
Report Style
- Simple: displays a simple contact list.
- Detailed: displays a detailed contact list, possibly with actions and contact history.
Report Contents
- Include Actions: will include all actions associated with each contact in the contact list.
- Include History: will include all contact history associated with each contact in the contact list.
Using Filters
Using the different filters is relatively straight forward. However, we'll provide a brief explanation of how to use them here.
Contact Selection Filter
The contact selection filter allows you to select one or a few of the contacts in your contact list. Whichever contacts are highlighted in the contact list will be the ones that are included in the report. You can also use the basic contact list filter above the contact list to narrow down the list and find the contacts you want faster.
Contact Detail Filter
The Contact Detail filter gives you finer control over your filtering on the contact list.
- Select your filter column: First Name, Last Name or Company.
- Select your filter operation: This tells the software how to compare your filter data.
- Select your filter text: This the text you would like the application to filter on.
- If more filters are required, you can add them by using the combo box on the right that says "New Filter…".
Generating Goal Reports
Running the Standard Reports
The standard Goal Report displays all available goals. This can be accessed via the Reports menu on the menubar at the top of the application window.
Creating Custom Reports
It is possible to build your own Goal Report by selecting the specific goals you want to display. It is possible to select one or a few goals to display in the report. It is also possible to narrow down the items in the goal list by typing in some filter text in the text box above the Goal Selection List. The Goal Selection list can be seen below.
