Daisho Blacksmith establishes support community and bundles customer service

•    Developer of personal information management (PIM) software DAISHO bundles customer communication in support community
•    Dialogue platform attends also to advancement of the productivity software

Munich, 06. December 2010.
Solution provider Daisho Blacksmith has established an Anglophone support community for its customers to bundle its international customer service and to answer all questions concerning the multifunctional personal information management (PIM) software DAISHO. On this dialogue platform users receive quick and competent support. They can directly communicate their needs and wishes relating to the professional self management software, DAISHO. In this way Daisho Blacksmith can adjust the further development of its PIM tool to even better suit its customer’s requirements.
The support community is subdivided in three categories. In the “Ask a question“ section all questions which pop up in handling the tool for self, time, contact and project management will be answered. Common problems while getting acquainted with DAISHO can be posted in the category “Report a Problem”. The Daisho Blacksmith Team offers timely solutions for the reported problems. In the “Share an Idea” area, is a collection of all ideas and proposals for the PIM software with project management functions. Using this customer support platform, the customer support community should become a communicative platform for a vivid exchange among the users and the Daisho Blacksmith team.

Daisho Blacksmith sets high value on customer focus
