Daisho Blacksmith was founded in 2006 and has been supported by a group of private investors.

Daisho Blacksmith has developed DAISHO - a mobile application for personal information management (PIM) with project management functions.
The software was designed for all professionals who are working in a project oriented, flexible and mobile manner – especially freelancers. The DAISHO productivity application features professional time management and contact management (CRM) functionality and helps managing your communication with its integrated email client and its Skype integration. Helpful tools like quick notes and the administration of different working environments are available. Functions for structuring tasks and projects as well as follow ups of goals form the base for an efficient personal project management.
The PIM Software DAISHO can be installed on an USB stick which allows you to work on any notebook, netbook or desktop PC without further installation. The software is based on Java and runs trouble-free on Windows PCs, Apple Macs and Linux computers.
